Mint Chutney

  • 1 cup pudina / mint leaves
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
  • 1cup fresh yogurt (use whole milk yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 green chili (take it according to your  taste )
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste



  1. Wash pudina and coriander nicely with water .take it in mixer jar .add garlic cloves, green chili and roasted cumin seeds in it and by add ing little water make a fine paste of it.
  2. Take yogurt, chat masala, salt in a bowl and whisk it nicely and add fine paste of pudina, coriander, garlic, green chili and cumin seeds in it mix it nicely and serve it with any appetizers of your choice.
