This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is incorporated by reference to the Agreement between SUJIFRESH Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Suji Fresh”) and You, an individual (“You” and “Your”). You agreed to the Agreement by accessing the SUJIFRESH.COM website (“Site”). The Agreement is available at Sujifresh.com/Agreement.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of data that Suji Fresh may collect, store, and process about You or that You may provide when You access the Site, purchase Suji Fresh products and services, or Post a Site Contribution to the Site, including data which may identify you personally (“Personal Data”).

YOU SHALL NOT ACCESS THE SITE OR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM THE SITE UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY. USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

Suji Fresh does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. 10.0 Choices About How Suji Fresh Uses and Discloses Your Information. Suji Fresh strives to provide You with choices regarding the Personal Data You provide to Suji Fresh. Suji Fresh has created mechanisms to provide You with the following control over Your data:
