Banana Berry Platter


Serves: 2


  • 2 bananas (peeled and thickly sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 green apple (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 pistachios



Prepare blueberries, green apple, kiwis and pineapple chunks before the bananas and apples, and arrange them on a plate.

As soon as you arrange the bananas and apple, sprinkle lemon juice over them to keep them from getting brown.

Add some pistachios

Serve immediately.
