Vegan Banana Mango Lassi

  • 2 cups Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 frozen or fresh banana,
  • 1 Ripe mango cut into cubes
  • 2 Dates (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamon
  • Sweet chat Masala (Optional)


  • Combine all ingredients in blender and process until very smooth and creamy.
  • Serve cold.
Note:You can make Lassi ahead of time. It is best served chilled. It is a very popular drink or dessert in North India particularly on a hot summer day. It is traditionally made with Yogurt. We modified this recipe into a Vegan version using Coconut milk or Almond Milk. Either way, it tastes delicious.
