  • 1 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh cut strawberries
  • 200 gms of fat free condensed milk
  • Whipping cream
  • 2 Mint Leaves for Garnish


  1. Put strawberries in a Blender to make a puree. 
  2. Whip the cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peak. Keep bowl in a freezer 2-3 hours prior to whipping.
  3. Add condensed milk to the whipped cream and whip it again to mix it well.
  4. Add strawberry puree and mix it well.
  5. Freeze it overnight and serve creamy strawberry ice cream.
  6. Garnish with cut strawberries and Mint leaves
