Mint Chutney

  • 1 cup Mint leaves
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
  • 1cup fresh yogurt (use whole milk yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 green chili (take it according to your  taste )
  • Salt to taste


  • Wash Mint and coriander nicely with water .take it in mixer jar . Add green chili and roasted cumin seeds in it and by add little water make a fine paste of it.
  • Take yogurt, chat masala, salt in a bowl and whisk it nicely and add grounded Mint paste in it mix it nicely and serve it with any appetizers of your choice.
