It can be used in Soups, Sandwiches, Pickles, Roasts, Salt-braises, Curries, Slaw, Dips, Salsa, and Desserts/Cakes. Also due to their color, it can be used as a natural food color (pink, yellow, orange etc) in pastas and many other items as beets come in many different colors though most popular ones are dark pink or velvet purple.
