  • 2 cans coconut milk refrigerated overnight
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh/frozen
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Mint twig for garnish, optional


    • Open the coconut can and remove all the water from the top and take the bottom creamy portion to pour into the grinder.
    • Add your blueberries, honey, cinnamon, coconut milk and salt.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • Place your sprig of mint on top.
    • Drop a few blueberries on top for garnish.
